About Me

Every person and their story is unique; there is no ‘one size fits all’ either in life or counselling. Being heard and seen can be a powerful experience, no matter who you are or what your story is.

My experience of personal therapy has made me a firm believer in counselling and the positive impact it can have. Finding my voice and a sense of self through what is for me a creative process, is really empowering.

I aim to offer you a sense of hope and empowerment, along with techniques you could use in your life to enhance or help you cope with your experience of existence. Find out more about my counselling approach.

My background is in a large international corporate workplace, so I have an understanding of the challenges this can present.

I love being outdoors, practice yoga and enjoy photography. Some of my photos are on this site and I hope you enjoy them.

I am a compassionate and friendly professional who brings a sense of play and creativity to sessions. I will support you to look into your past, embrace the present or find your direction to carve out your future. If you would like to know more please get in touch.

I aim to offer you a sense of hope and empowerment, as well as techniques you could use in your daily life.
