Online or telephone counselling from wherever you are

Online counselling sessions take place securely on Psychology Today’s Sessions platform (shown in the photo to the right).

Telephone counselling sessions will either be via phone or Psychology Today (but with cameras off) depending on your location.

For both online and telephone counselling sessions I work from a private space where your confidentiality is maintained. Counselling takes place under UK legislation.

I understand that going to an unfamiliar place may seem overwhelming, so am happy to discuss what the experience of going to the counselling venues I use may be like and what to expect.

All questions are valid and I realise there are lots of factors that go into feeling safe.
